CNN International Commercial free-to-air satellite signal on Astra 28 will be encrypted for commercial properties in the UK and Ireland from the 30th of April, 2026.

Yesterday, we welcomed representatives from 14 of the top 15 system integrators in the UK and Ireland to review the steps needed by the end of April to maintain CNN, which is a strong reflection of the industry’s engagement and collaboration to make this a smooth transition.
